Homeowners purchased this home for their primary residence in 2013. In 2016 they bought the lot next door and expansion plans began. Retaining walls, complete reconstruction and home gutted to studs resulted in an addition of 2,500 square feet. Home design focused on capturing sweeping views overlooking the Siskiyou foothills on all sides. A unique property located across the street from hiking trails and BLM land but still located right in town.
